CapitalSage appoints Nath Ude as new CEO
CapitalSage Holdings appointed Nath Ude as Group Chief Executive Officer of CapitalSage Technology Limited on Oct. 13. The executive will direct financial services operations across Nigeria, The Gambia, Kenya and the United Arab Emirates.
Ude manages Kolomoni Microfinance Bank, ERCAS, Regius Asset Management, Regius Capital, CreditAssist Investment, Tiki by Kolomoni and SageBrush Wealth. He previously led Nova Merchant Bank as managing director and CEO, achieving profit growth exceeding 100 percent in 2022.
Chairman Opeyemi Oduwole said the appointment advances the company’s expansion strategy. Ude worked at Union Bank of Nigeria, First City Monument Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank for more than 30 years across Africa, Asia and Europe.
The company develops digital financial solutions for African markets. CapitalSage Technology plans to expand fintech infrastructure under Ude’s leadership.
