Disgusting Sisters – Killing It (Official Video)

ByMunyaradzi Mafaro 29/11/202429/11/2024

Everyone knows those people who love to tell others what to do. Now two sisters made a song about fighting back against them. These sisters are Julianna and Josephine Hopkins, who come from England and France. Their band is called Disgusting Sisters, and their first song is named “Killing It.”

The song plays with two ideas about “killing it.” One means doing great at life, while the other hints at wanting to stop those annoying people who judge them. The sisters don’t care what store workers, old guys, or social media folks think of them.

Their song has a fun beat that makes you want to dance. The sisters sing together in a way that sounds like they’re just talking to you. You can hear drums, guitar, and other cool sounds in the background. The way they sing makes you want to be as cool as they are.

They tell stories in their song about people who bug them. Like when an old man tells them not to smoke, or when someone gives them a hard time about buying emergency birth control. The sisters take turns singing, finishing each other’s thoughts perfectly.

They made a wild music video too. They smash cars and play around in a junkyard, dressed up like office workers from the 1990s. They dance and act out their anger in a fun way. The sisters say their song is about living life how you want to, even if others don’t like it. They believe being free to make your own choices matters most.
