Gamers finally get AMD’s RX 9070 GPUs at MSRP prices
AMD has made its Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 graphics cards available at their original retail prices of $599 and $549, respectively, after weeks of marked-up pricing at various stores. The RDNA 4 architecture cards each include 16 GB of video memory and support FSR 4 technology, but retailers had been charging premiums above the manufacturer’s suggested prices since their debut.
Custom models from ASRock can be purchased through multiple online vendors at the standard rates. The RX 9070 XT frequently delivers performance comparable to or better than the RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB, which sells for $749. The non-XT version competes against the RTX 5070, which carries a similar price tag but offers only 12 GB of memory.
Both AMD cards became accessible at their launch prices as retailers entered the seasonal deals period. Shoppers who delayed purchases due to earlier price inflation can acquire the graphics cards through several major online electronics sellers.
