Lenskart IPO opens this week with ₹7,278 crore offer
Lenskart will begin accepting retail investor applications on Friday for its 7,278 crore rupee initial public offering, valued at 72,719 crore rupees. The eyewear retailer backed by SoftBank, Kedaara Capital and Temasek received a 90 crore rupee investment from Radhakishan Damani ahead of the share sale. Anchor investors can subscribe on Thursday at prices between 382 and 402 rupees per share.
Brokerage platform Groww plans to launch a 7,000 crore rupee offering in early November. ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Boat expect to complete their market debuts by December. Indian firms have raised more than 1 trillion rupees through public listings this year, the highest total since 2021.
LG India gained 50 percent on its first trading day while Tata Capital has declined since listing. Investment bank Kotak forecasts more than 200 companies will seek 2.9 trillion rupees through share sales next year.
