NZXT launches Performance Fan Series for silent, efficient cooling
NZXT introduced its Performance Fan Series on Monday, targeting computer builders who prioritize efficient heat dissipation and quiet operation. The collection features five models ranging from single-fan units to integrated multi-fan configurations designed for gaming computers and professional workstations.
Each fan uses liquid-crystal polymer materials that resist bending and vibration during operation. The design incorporates tighter spacing between blades and housing, along with a 30-millimeter reinforced frame. A hybrid system combines magnetic levitation with fluid dynamic bearings to reduce noise while extending product life. The motor assembly features three phases and six poles for smooth speed control, housed in metal components that maintain stability at elevated rotation rates.
Multi-fan versions combine two or three units into a single frame, reducing installation hardware and cable requirements. Rubber mounting points dampen vibrations while aluminum panels carry soft RGB lighting. Models launched globally on Tuesday with prices starting at $39.59 for the F120X $105.59 for the F360X. Black and white finishes are available, backed by five-year warranties.
