PANA shakes up top ranks, insiders cash in
PANA Holdings has elevated three executives to senior positions as part of a management restructuring at the international company. Chairman Daere Akobo confirmed that Daisy Maduagwu will become executive director for global business services, Adetoke George-Toyon assumes the role of group chief operating officer and Chukwuemeka Igilar takes over as vice president at PE Energy. The promotions became effective immediately.
Maduagwu joined PE Energy in 2010 and advanced from inside sales specialist to strategic sourcing lead and deputy managing director before reaching vice president. Her background covers supply chain management with a master’s degree plus undergraduate studies in economics and educational management. George-Toyon carries more than 15 years of leadership expertise in deal structuring and asset optimization. She earned her economics degree and an MBA from Cranfield University while holding fellowships with the Chartered Management Institute. Her prior assignments included group general manager at Swift Oil and working on a $5 billion divestment initiative during her time with Shell Petroleum Development Company.
Igilar started as a technical sales engineer in 2012 and moved up through successive assignments. He holds mechanical engineering credentials and specializes in flow control systems across the petroleum sector.
