Sigma delays AF Cine Line lens release to December
Sigma Corporation pushed back the release date for its AF Cine Line 28-45mm T2 FF lens from Nov. 6 to Dec. 4. The company stated that orders surpassed projections and production capacity cannot fulfill demand by the initial launch date.
The manufacturer apologized for the delay and thanked customers for their patience. The one-month postponement affects buyers awaiting the autofocus zoom lens.
The AF Cine Line 28-45mm T2 FF features an advanced optical design and professional-grade controls. The lens features autofocus with tracking and quiet operation for hybrid shooters.
High demand suggests strong market interest in the product. Sigma has not yet released complete specifications or pricing details for the lens.
