Haldane McCall Plc has launched a strategic expansion plan to scale its affordable housing and Suru Express hotel brands across West Africa. With shareholder approval for a N250 billion capital raise, the company aims to accelerate its projects in high-demand urban markets. This includes a 1,200-unit residential development in Majidun, Lagos, and the expansion of Suru Express hotels in major Nigerian cities.
