Integreon names Bill Carter interim CEO as Subroto Mukerji retires
Bill Carter will serve as the temporary chief executive of Integreon after Subroto Mukerji announced plans to retire from the legal services outsourcing company. Carter currently sits on the board and works as an operating partner at EagleTree Capital, the New York private equity firm that backs Integreon. His career spans more than 30 years in the legal sector, with past leadership roles at ALM and positions at Thomson Reuters, Epiq Systems and LexisNexis.
Mukerji departs following three years leading the company and four decades working in technology services. He guided Integreon through a period marked by the rapid adoption of generative artificial intelligence tools while the business posted what he described as record growth. EagleTree acquired the provider in 2021 from NewQuest Capital Partners.
Carter emphasized his intention to maintain the company’s trajectory while executives search for a permanent replacement. The firm delivers document review, contract assistance, legal staffing and compliance outsourcing to clients. Partners at EagleTree expressed confidence that Carter’s background will help drive expansion during the transition period.
