ISAN sets $1 trillion economy target for 2030
Nigerian shareholders will gather next week to discuss plans for reaching a trillion-dollar economy by 2030. Finance Minister Wale Edun will address the Independent Shareholders Association conference at its eighth triennial meeting. Central Bank Governor Olayemi Cardoso and business leaders from the insurance and commerce sectors will speak at the event.
Moses Igbrude said members from across the country will attend the session where new officers will be elected. The association advises government officials on economic policy and capital market regulations. More than 10,000 people belong to the group that operates in all regions of the nation and maintains branches in Britain and America.
