Keyamo urges courts, NCAA unite for air safety

Justice Minister Lateef Fagbemi told judges to interpret the Montreal Convention carefully while maintaining legal quality. The treaty governs airline liability for international flights and requires a balance between uniform rules and local procedures. Officials said effective collaboration helps resolve complaints about delays, lost baggage, and accidents through proper judicial channels.
