NECA graduates 75 from ICT Academy, boosting digital skills
The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) has graduated 75 participants from its ICT Academy in Lagos, equipping them with advanced digital skills in areas like artificial intelligence, data analysis, Python programming, cyber security, and 3D animation. The graduation marks a key milestone in NECA’s effort to bridge Nigeria’s digital skills gap and create sustainable employment opportunities.
NECA’s ICT Academy, which offers free training and certification, has seen impressive results, with 95% of past graduates securing employment or starting businesses. The initiative reflects NECA’s commitment to national development through skills acquisition and fostering innovation, as emphasized by various officials at the ceremony.
