TP-Link launches Archer GE400 Wi-Fi 7 gaming router
TP-Link introduced the Archer GE400 gaming router as its most affordable Wi-Fi 7 option at 219.99 dollars. The device delivers 6.5 gigabits per second across dual bands with six antennas for extended coverage. Two 2.5-gigabit Ethernet connections and Multi-Link Operation reduce delays by sending data across multiple frequencies at once. The router prioritizes gaming traffic through a dedicated port and quality of service controls.
Players access network statistics through the Game Panel interface that displays bandwidth usage and latency measurements in real time. Wi-Fi 7 technology uses 4096-QAM encoding for faster data transfers between connected devices. The router joined TP-Link’s lineup alongside the GE800 and GE650 models to serve different budget levels. Amazon began selling the unit on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
