Bright Pattern, Voxtron turbocharge Dubai AI CX
Bright Pattern and Voxtron Middle East have joined forces to bring artificial intelligence tools to contact centers across the United Arab Emirates. The agreement allows Voxtron to embed Bright Pattern’s technology into its Voxvantage platform, giving companies access to automated systems and data analysis features. Padickapparambil Thomas said the partnership helps businesses deliver better service while managing growth. Michael McCloskey noted the deal strengthens Bright Pattern’s position in the Emirates through Voxtron’s local knowledge.
Voxtron has operated from Dubai for more than 10 years, building communication systems for various sectors. The firm hosts its services through Moro Hub, which provides data storage inside the country for clients who need regulatory compliance. Bright Pattern serves over 500 organizations in 30 nations with software that handles call routing, staff scheduling, and analytics. The company offers both internet-based and private installation options for its omnichannel system.
