Moro Hub and Rafay deal electrifies Dubai AI
Moro Hub has partnered with Rafay to deliver GPU-powered artificial intelligence services across the United Arab Emirates. The deal brings together Moro Hub’s government-backed infrastructure with Rafay’s platform technology to help businesses deploy AI tools without managing complex technical systems. Mohammed Bin Sulaiman and Mohan Atreya signed the agreement on behalf of their companies at GITEX Technology Week 2025.
The service provides customers with access to GPU resources and generative AI applications via a secure portal with built-in governance controls. Moro Hub, which operates under Digital DEWA, aims to speed up AI adoption while meeting regional data sovereignty requirements. Organizations can scale their AI operations without handling infrastructure maintenance themselves.
The collaboration addresses the growing demand for compliant AI solutions in the region. Businesses will gain tools to build and launch AI projects with full visibility over costs and performance. The partnership positions both companies to support digital transformation efforts across the government and private sectors in the UAE.
