Claritev invests in Klaim to speed up healthcare payments
Healthcare analytics firm Claritev Corporation invested in artificial intelligence payment solutions provider Klaim, Inc. to establish a co-branded service within its provider network that accelerates insurance reimbursements for medical organizations across the United States and the Middle East North Africa region. The platform converts pending claims into immediate liquidity, compressing the standard 30-day to 120-day payment cycle by combining Claritev’s Advanced Code Editing technology with Klaim’s funding infrastructure to evaluate qualifying submissions.
Participating healthcare providers gain guaranteed payment for approved claims, reduced cash flow volatility, customizable claim volume selection aligned with working capital requirements and decreased administrative overhead through automated reconciliation services. Chief Strategy Officer Will Mintz stated the partnership modernizes provider financial operations, while Chief Executive Officer Karim Dakki noted the collaboration enables medical facilities to prioritize patient treatment over payment collection.
The investment initiates Klaim’s corporate restructuring that will consolidate its Middle Eastern and American entities under a planned global holding structure serving clinics, hospitals and multi-specialty networks.
