Early GPU price war ignites before Black Friday
Graphics card retailers began Black Friday promotions weeks ahead of the November shopping event. Nvidia’s Blackwell-based RTX 50 series cards feature DLSS 4 and ray tracing, with models ranging from the RTX 5060 for 1080p gaming to the RTX 5090 with 32 gigabytes of memory for 4K gaming.
AMD’s Radeon RX 9000 lineup provides alternatives at lower prices, with the RX 9070 XT delivering performance comparable to Nvidia’s RTX 5070 Ti. Intel Arc B570 and B580 cards offer budget options under $250 with up to 12 gigabytes of video memory for 1080p gameplay.
Manufacturers such as MSI, ASUS, ZOTAC, and PowerColor sell discounted models through online retailers. The RTX 5070 Ti suits maximum settings at 1440p, while AMD’s RX 9060 targets similar performance at a lower cost.
