Egypt NTI, Suez Canal boost Ismailia tech
A new strategic initiative has been launched to enhance digital competencies in Egypt’s Ismailia Governorate. The National Institute of Communications, affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, is partnering with the Suez Canal Authority’s Center for Creativity and Excellence. This collaboration aims to prepare students and the local workforce for the modern labor market through specialized training programs and technical seminars.
The partnership will also involve conducting joint research and evaluating emerging digital technologies that support the Suez Canal Authority’s operations. Key programs under this initiative include the Egyptian Talent Academy and the Egypt Digital Youth for Freelancing program. These efforts are part of a broader governmental commitment to foster an integrated digital society and establish Ismailia as a center for technological innovation.
