MSI readies Duke 3X Plus cards for RTX 5060 and 5070 Ti
MSI is developing Duke 3X Plus variants for the RTX 5060 and RTX 5070 Ti graphics cards featuring enhanced cooling systems and refined board layouts, according to industry sources. The refreshed models will retain triple-fan configurations while incorporating improvements to shroud design, heat pipe arrangement and power delivery components aimed at reducing noise levels and improving thermal management during sustained workloads.
The updated series targets mid-tier and upper mid-tier market segments where buyers prioritize high refresh rates and efficient cooling without flagship pricing. Board design refinements may enable higher sustained boost frequencies under load compared to standard editions. MSI has not confirmed specifications or retail pricing for the Duke 3X Plus lineup.
