PenCom begins 2025 customer satisfaction survey for pensioners
Nigeria’s pension regulator has launched an extended satisfaction assessment targeting participants and beneficiaries enrolled in the contributory retirement program through mid-December. The National Pension Commission is gathering feedback from holders of retirement savings accounts to evaluate service quality, institutional recognition, and financial literacy levels across the system.
The commission directed stakeholders toward survey links posted on its website and social media channels, emphasizing broad participation from both working contributors and those receiving pension disbursements under the national scheme.
