Abode Asset hosts wealth-building festival in Lagos
Abode Asset hosted a wealth-building event on Thursday in Lagos that attracted participants from the hearing-impaired community. Chief Executive Jeffrey Itepu said real estate offers opportunities for all Nigerians to change their financial situations rather than limiting prosperity to wealthy groups.
Speaker Damilare Oshokoya told attendees that knowledge and action determine success regardless of age or background. Wisdom Ezekiel explained that fractional property ownership allows investors to earn passive income through shared real estate assets.
Panel participants Tope Mark-Odigie and Babatunde Akin-Moses discussed personal experiences with property investment. Mark-Odigie said financial independence gives women the freedom to make decisions about travel and family expenses without financial constraints from their spouses.
Thirty attendees received household appliances, while two participants won trips to Qatar. The festival emphasized access to information as the foundation for building wealth through property markets across Africa.
