AGD Insurance debuts business consulting arm
AGD Insurance Brokerage created a consulting arm that expands its work beyond standard coverage products. The Escajeda Holdings subsidiary will advise companies on growth strategies, operations and business expansion while keeping its property, casualty and commercial insurance lines. President Kristan Kotz said the firm wants to share entrepreneurial knowledge and help business owners build lasting success.
The woman-operated brokerage emphasizes teamwork, honesty and practical approaches when combining risk protection with strategic advice. Women hold 54.9 percent of insurance jobs in America but occupy just 22 percent of top executive roles. Research shows that companies with female decision-makers typically deliver stronger financial results and weather industry changes more effectively.
