Chiwenga tours Beitbridge projects driving growth
Vice President Constantino Chiwenga traveled to Beitbridge to inspect major development initiatives aimed at boosting infrastructure, rural manufacturing and agricultural transformation. His itinerary features a stop at Orange Ville, a multimillion-dollar citrus operation located 40 kilometers west of the border community that encompasses both orchards and a juice processing facility. The vice president will evaluate construction work at Nottingham Estate, where crews are building a dam and solar energy system while expanding citrus cultivation. He will also review advancement at the Palm River Special Economic Zone, which features a thermal electricity generator, chrome processing facility and coal conversion operations.
