e& enterprise earns Tier S status under Dubai AI Seal

e& enterprise has achieved Tier S recognition through the Dubai AI Seal program administered by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, marking the framework’s highest certification level for governance standards and economic contributions. The digital transformation division secured the designation based on the deployment of more than 200 artificial intelligence implementations spanning government operations, banking, financial services, insurance, and utilities sectors.

Khalid Murshed, chief executive of e& enterprise, stated the certification validates compliance with Dubai Department of Finance requirements, prioritizing AI-certified vendors in public procurement processes. The company provides autonomous government workflow systems, sovereign inference architecture maintaining sensitive data within UAE borders, compact language models, cybersecurity applications, and governance tools supporting transparent deployments across public and private organizations.

The program establishes evaluation criteria for entities selecting technology partners while accelerating industry growth aligned with Dubai’s objective to generate 335 billion dirhams in economic value from artificial intelligence adoption by 2031. e& received initial Tier S status in January 2025 with a formal announcement during Dubai AI Week in April.
