Paramount partners with NCSC to offer MITRE D3FEND training in Bahrain
Paramount partnered with Bahrain’s National Cyber Security Center to provide MITRE D3FEND training during the Arab International Cybersecurity Conference and Exhibition, combining the agency’s governance oversight with the provider’s technical instruction capabilities. The program covered 245 defensive countermeasures spanning behavioral analysis, system hardening, network isolation, deception technologies, and threat mitigation through a two-day workshop featuring laboratory exercises for practitioners and an executive session addressing governance and infrastructure protection. Participants received joint certification from both organizations.
The Gulf Cooperation Council cybersecurity market is forecast to expand from 5.7 billion dollars in 2024 to 9 billion dollars by 2033 as regional investment accelerates. The MITRE D3FEND framework training supports Bahrain’s development as a regional center for digital security expertise while advancing broader Gulf objectives for technological resilience.
