Even, Symphonic partner on sell-before-streaming
EVEN has partnered with Symphonic Distribution to provide sell-before-streaming storefronts for independent musicians. The infrastructure platform enables creators to sell music directly to fans during a pre-release window before tracks become available on streaming services.
Artists using Symphonic can activate the integration within their accounts to establish custom pricing, select formats, and launch dedicated storefronts through EVEN. The arrangement allows musicians to receive immediate daily payments and collect first-party audience information. Symphonic artist Ron Killings generated revenue comparable to 350,000 streams through a direct-to-fan campaign for The White Album, achieving $2.32 per stream during the pre-release period.
The collaboration extends across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. EVEN has registered over 500,000 artists through distribution partnerships spanning more than 110 countries, with consumers spending an average exceeding $20 per release. The platform supports 30 payment methods across 140 currencies and maintains certification for Billboard chart reporting through Luminate.
