Godox launches ML80Bi and ML150Bi LED lights for pros
Godox released two wireless LED video lights that operate without cables via battery power or a direct current connection. The ML80 produces 29,600 lux at 3.3 feet with its zoom lens, matching 100-watt fixtures while achieving color accuracy ratings of 96 for both CRI and TLCI standards. The ML150 generates 61,054 lux at the same distance and runs on V-mount batteries for extended mobility.
Both models adjust color temperature from 2,800 to 6,500 Kelvin, allowing cinematographers to match tungsten or daylight conditions. The ML80 uses a 6,600-milliamp-hour battery pack, while the ML150 accepts larger V-mount cells. Each light uses the Godox Mount system for optical modifiers and offers an optional Bowens adapter.
Operators control settings through onboard buttons, wireless remotes or mobile applications. The manufacturer ships both units with zoom lenses, mounting brackets and carrying cases for field production work.
