HR conference set for Lagos 2025
HR Talent Hub will convene senior human resources professionals and business executives at a conference in Gbagada, Lagos, exploring workforce management strategies under the theme of purpose-driven leadership and performance optimization. Founder Omotola Dayo-Adedapo said more than 36 speakers from multiple countries will lead keynote presentations, panel sessions and workshops addressing employee-centered organizational culture and data analytics applications across 18 economic sectors.
The gathering includes an opening conference session followed by an awards ceremony recognizing innovation and strategic impact demonstrated by practitioners and organizations. Dayo-Adedapo described the program as designed to foster thought leadership and collaboration while providing networking opportunities for chief executives, industry leaders and subject matter experts participating through physical attendance and virtual platforms.
