Inmanta expands cloud automation to boost Africa’s digital growth
Inmanta launched operations across Africa to provide automation technology for telecommunications companies and server facility operators seeking to maintain control over digital information during the continent’s infrastructure expansion. The Belgium-based firm’s platform enables businesses to configure and operate cloud computing systems and data centers in minutes rather than days while keeping sensitive information under local jurisdiction.
African nations have accelerated spending on underwater fiber cables, domestic network construction and artificial intelligence applications as governments prioritize domestic oversight of technology assets. Inmanta’s software reduces service deployment delays and helps organizations align technical capabilities with commercial goals. The company will bring its network automation product called Inmanta Connect to African markets for fixed-line and mobile service management.
Inmanta confirmed attendance at the AfricaCom 2025 conference scheduled for Cape Town, where executives will meet carriers and technology partners to discuss joint projects supporting regional connectivity goals. The platform allows infrastructure providers to manage resources more efficiently while addressing sovereignty requirements that have become central to technology planning across African economies.
