NSE rolls out new investor apps suite
The National Stock Exchange launched four mobile applications and upgraded its mutual fund investment platform on Friday to improve investor access to market information. The new digital products feature a portfolio tracking app available in 13 Indian languages, a WhatsApp chatbot for price updates and a member portal with compliance dashboards. Companies can monitor submission deadlines and stock performance through a separate application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The exchange enhanced its mutual fund platform with features that allow investors to place up to 10 orders in a single session and automatically populate account details to reduce data-entry errors. The system maps employee identification codes and distributor registration numbers to prevent manual errors during transactions. All improvements aim to increase transparency and convenience for retail investors, brokers and public companies using exchange services.
