Working groups refined ITU-D Strategic Plan priorities for 2026 through 2029, concentrating on universal access expansion, vulnerable population inclusion, digital skills training, and infrastructure resilience while drafting resolutions to accelerate essential service delivery in rural and marginalized communities. India, Qatar, China, Saudi Arabia, and organizations, including GSMA, hosted diplomatic gatherings that facilitated technical, financial, and regulatory partnership discussions among conference attendees pursuing collaborative frameworks for connected societies.
