Azercosmos marks decade at Africa Tech fest
Azerbaijan’s space agency, Azercosmos, is celebrating ten years of providing satellite services in Africa, a milestone highlighted at the recent Africa Tech Festival 2025. The agency offers connectivity solutions designed to bridge the continent’s digital divide, particularly in areas lacking traditional infrastructure. Its Azconnexus broadband service was featured as a key technology for delivering reliable communications to remote locations and mobile transport fleets.
Sanan Hasanov, the Sales Director for Azercosmos, stated that the company remains dedicated to building a more connected future for Africa. During the festival, the agency also hosted a customer appreciation event to strengthen relationships with its regional partners and clients.
