Double Q wins big at Sinotruk summit
Double Q, a major automotive solutions provider in Uganda, attended Sinotruk’s 2025 Global Partners Conference in Qingdao, where it received the Notable Contribution Award for its strong performance in the Ugandan market. The event gathered 620 partners from 97 countries to explore collaboration and future growth strategies.
Represented by Managing Director Bruce Lin Yu and Sales Director Jack Wang, Double Q credited its success to customer trust and loyalty. Lin Yu said the company remains focused on delivering high-quality products and services. Sinotruk reported robust global sales from January to September, with total vehicle deliveries reaching 335,000 units, a 22.8% increase from the same period in the previous year. Heavy truck exports rose 24.5% to 111,000 units, while new energy vehicles, light trucks, mining trucks, and aftermarket parts also saw significant gains.
Sinotruk Chairman Liu Zhengtao outlined five strategic priorities: sustainability, digital intelligence, service excellence, global expansion, and business diversification. He emphasized close cooperation with international partners to advance innovation and support premium growth across markets.
