HYBE hits record Q3 revenue as BTS, KATSEYE drive growth
South Korean entertainment company HYBE posted record quarterly revenue of 727.2 billion won, equivalent to $524.7 million, during the third quarter of this year on Monday, November 10, representing year-over-year growth of 37.8 percent. Concert income tripled from the previous year to reach 245 billion won as Jin from BTS, SEVENTEEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and ENHYPEN conducted global tours and fan gatherings, while merchandise and intellectual property licensing jumped 70 percent to 168.3 billion won.
The company reported an operating loss of 42.2 billion won despite the revenue gains, attributed to investments in launching CORTIS and two groups from HYBE Latin America’s Pase a la Fama audition program, plus restructuring costs for North American operations. CEO Jason Jaesang Lee projected profitability challenges would ease by the fourth quarter of 2025, with full recovery expected in 2026, supported by BTS reuniting as a complete seven-member ensemble in March 2026.
KATSEYE earned two Grammy nominations while SANTOS BRAVOS sold out their Mexico City debut concert within two hours after launching in October.
