Jubilant Ingrevia profit dips 7.5% in Q2 FY26
Jubilant Ingrevia earned 69.47 crore rupees between July and September, down 7.49 percent from the previous three months as raw material expenses climbed. The chemicals manufacturer announced results on Monday showing revenue rose 8 percent to 1,120.73 crore rupees from the June quarter.
Material costs jumped to 547.95 crore rupees from 448.91 crore rupees three months earlier, squeezing profit margins to 13 percent from 15 percent. The specialty chemicals division posted double-digit growth while nutrition products maintained steady sales volumes.
The company reported net profit of 145 crore rupees for the six months through September, up 34 percent from a year earlier. Management expects growth to accelerate in the coming months as a contract manufacturing order begins in early 2026.
