MTN MoMo marks BCAW to strengthen fintech ops
MTN’s mobile money service, MoMo, has reinforced its dedication to creating a more robust fintech network by conducting a Business Continuity Awareness Week. The program, managed by the Group Fintech Business Continuity and Resilience Team, sought to enhance organizational readiness within a rapidly changing digital finance environment.
This year’s activities, operating under the theme that resilience begins with individuals, highlighted the essential part each worker plays in maintaining operations. The company stated that resilience is now a necessary collective attitude for managing disruptions and protecting services. Employees took part in interactive workshops and leadership discussions designed to equip them with the skills for cross-functional collaboration and maintaining service stability.
