Novatae names Kimberly Jenkins COO
Novatae Risk Group named Kimberly Jenkins as chief operating officer to guide operations and business planning at the wholesale unit of World Insurance Associates. Jenkins joins the executive team after Richard Kerr left his chief executive position in August and Nick Greggains absorbed his duties while running the wholesale division. She will develop strategies to boost employee engagement and client service while improving efficiency across the company.
Jenkins spent over 25 years in client service leadership roles before joining Novatae. She worked as head of strategic planning and chief mergers officer at DUAL North America and managed large accounts at Willis Towers Watson. Jenkins earned a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Her appointment supports the firm’s plan to strengthen its wholesale and specialty insurance business through experienced leaders.
