Takeoff (born Kirshnik Khari Ball) is no longer with us

Takeoff (born Kirshnik Khari Ball in Lawrenceville, Georgia), a member of the well-known U.S. hip-hop group Migos, was shot and killed yesterday i.e., at around 02:30 am local time (or 07:30 GMT) the shooting occurred outside 810 Billiards and Bowling Alley in Houston, Texas.

Unfortunately, whilst Takeoff and Quavo (Quavious Marshall) were there shooting dice an altercation broke out and that’s when someone opened fire, taking out Takeoff. There were security guards in the area who heard the shots but did not see exactly who fired their gun. And later when police officers arrived on the scene Takeoff had already passed away. Lastly, two other victims were taken to a local hospital; however, nothing is known about their condition so far.

P.S. Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff founded Migos in 2008 in Georgia. Throughout their career, the hip-hop group has released four studio albums — Yung Rich Nation (2015), Culture (2017), Culture II (2018), and Culture III (2022). Success came as early as 2013 when the trio burst onto the scene with their record single Versace produced by Zaytoven (i.e., Xavier Lamar Dotson).
