Warner Italy splits empire in two
Warner Music restructured its Italian operations by launching Warner Records Italy and Atlantic Records Italy as separate frontline labels on the company’s 50th anniversary in the market. Eleonora Rubini will direct Warner Records Italy while Marco Masoli leads Atlantic Records Italy with dedicated teams for artist relations, marketing, and promotions. The reorganization allows focused development strategies for established performers and emerging musicians as Italy’s recorded music revenue climbed 9.7 percent to $208.1 million in the first half of 2025.
ADA Italy formed an exclusive partnership with Andrea Comi and Davide D’Aquino, who resigned as division head to concentrate on talent discovery and development. The distribution service is operated by Renato Tanchis, who reports to Masoli and manages catalog operations. President Pico Cibelli said the changes position the company for growth by strengthening artist services and expanding global audience connections through specialized label structures.
