ChillyRoom digs up cursed Loulan nightmare
ChillyRoom announced Loulan: The Cursed Sand on Thursday morning, an action role-playing game supported by the PlayStation China Hero Project. The hack-and-slash title draws inspiration from the ancient Silk Road and features a skeletal warrior searching for a princess in a fallen kingdom. Players control a character called The Cursed Sand who transforms between bone and sand forms while fighting enemies and solving puzzles across atmospheric levels.
The game uses a top-down perspective similar to Diablo and centers on melee combat against multiple opponents. ChillyRoom will release the title for personal computers via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 5, though the developer has not set a launch date. The story follows an exiled royal guard who returns to the ruined Kingdom of Loulan amid wartime conflict.
