Exel and Saudi Bridge agree on Saudi gaming support
Exel by Merak and Saudi Bridge have finalized an agreement to assist international gaming firms joining the Exel Gaming Accelerator program as they establish operations within Saudi Arabia. The collaboration aims to position the kingdom as a central location for digital gaming development and entrepreneurship across the region.
Faisal Sedrani from Exel and Fahad Alqahtani representing Saudi Bridge, formalized the partnership with support from Prince Fahad bin Mansour bin Nasser Al Saud and Abdullah Altamami of Merak Capital. The initiative aligns with Vision 2030 economic diversification goals by attracting investment and facilitating knowledge exchange between domestic and global innovation networks.
Exel previously held its first demonstration event featuring 17 gaming startups and has since opened applications for a second accelerator cohort to continue building the sector.
