Ooredoo launches Office service for Qatar businesses
Ooredoo has introduced a business communication package in Qatar that combines high-speed fiber connectivity, cloud-based telephony, and automated call greeting systems for startups and small enterprises. The service, branded as Office, provides internet access at 200Mbps or 800Mbps alongside hosted phone infrastructure and hardware that enables staff to handle landline calls remotely through mobile applications.
Thani Ali Al Malki, who serves as chief business officer at Ooredoo Qatar, described the offering as a scalable solution that consolidates connectivity and collaboration tools under single-provider management. Three desk phone models accommodate different organizational levels, while optional additions include Microsoft 365 licenses, smart devices, point-of-sale equipment, and mobile plans.
The package targets retail, education, healthcare, tourism, and food service operations with unified monthly billing and the capacity to expand alongside business growth requirements.
