VMware and Oracle received challenger classifications in the November 11 assessment evaluating technology capabilities and market presence metrics.
Huawei Cloud achieved top rankings across strategic partnership development, platform management, professional service delivery, and big data warehouse operations among seven evaluated categories. The company demonstrated superior market expansion through comprehensive solution portfolios and telecommunications sector knowledge. Microsoft secured second position in market performance measurements, followed by Google, AWS, VMware, and Oracle in descending order according to criteria examining regional footprint, market differentiation, and operator expertise.
