Jane Fraser to keynote APEC 2025 on global economy
Citigroup chief executive Jane Fraser will speak at the APEC 2025 CEO Summit on Friday about financial systems and global economic development. Her keynote address will focus on digital advances, sustainable investment and cross-border financial connections as foundations for economic stability.
Fraser plans to discuss workforce training in technology, infrastructure spending across borders and environmental financing programs. She will address how APEC member economies can manage demographic shifts, unequal technology adoption and declining productivity rates.
The executive has worked at Citi for more than 20 years across consumer and institutional divisions. She became chief executive in March 2021 and has restructured the bank’s operations while expanding its presence in Asia and the Middle East across more than 180 markets.
