LTIMindTree president Nachiket Deshpande resigns
LTIMindtree executive Nachiket Deshpande will leave his role as director and president on Oct. 31 to pursue other opportunities. The technology firm announced its departure in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. Deshpande joined the board in 2019 and helped guide strategic planning and expansion efforts. Chairman S.N. Subrahmanyan praised his leadership contributions to the organization’s development.
The company posted 138.1 billion rupees in net profit for the July-September quarter, representing a 10 percent annual increase from 125.1 billion rupees. Operating revenue reached 1.07 trillion rupees, up 5 percent from the previous quarter and 9 percent from a year earlier. The multinational technology services provider set Oct. 24 as the record date for paying 22 rupees per share in interim dividends to investors.
