Raya CX partners with ITIDA to boost Egypt’s outsourcing sector
Raya CX finalized a Memorandum of Understanding with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency at the Global Outsourcing Summit 2025 held in Egypt under government patronage. CEO Alaa El Khishen represented the customer experience management firm in establishing the partnership designed to strengthen Egypt’s standing within international outsourcing markets while fostering innovation and employment growth across digital services.
The summit produced 55 signed agreements anticipated to create more than 70,000 positions throughout Egypt’s information and communications technology and business process outsourcing sectors. Raya CX and ITIDA structured their collaboration to advance Egypt’s transformation into a premier outsourcing hub through the strategic deployment of workforce capabilities, technological infrastructure, and industry partnerships supporting long-term economic development.
