The development features twenty-two separate structures containing sixteen apartments apiece, arranged over three levels. Phase one alone will house three hundred fifty-two families. Management introduced expedited delivery options for purchasers requiring occupancy within half a year alongside flexible payment arrangements aligned with building milestones.
