Apple posts $102B quarter as services soar
Apple reported $102.47 billion in revenue for fiscal fourth-quarter 2025, a 7.9 percent increase from $94.93 billion a year earlier. Net income totaled $27.47 billion. iPhone sales reached $49.03 billion, up 6.1 percent year-over-year but below analyst expectations of $50.19 billion. Services revenue hit $28.75 billion, surpassing forecasts and rising 15.1 percent from the prior year.
Mac sales grew 12.8 percent to $8.73 billion, beating estimates, while iPad revenue held steady at $6.95 billion, slightly under projections. Wearables, Home, and Accessories generated $9.01 billion, representing a marginal 0.3 percent decline from the previous year, yet still exceeding expectations. For the full fiscal year, Apple reported $416.16 billion in total revenue, comprising $307 billion in product sales and $109.2 billion in services.
During the earnings call, CEO Tim Cook expressed optimism about the upcoming December quarter and confirmed that the redesigned Siri will launch in 2026. The company also disclosed a $1.1 billion impact from tariffs in the quarter.
