Avex Music Group expands US leadership under Brandon Silverstein
Japanese entertainment company Avex expanded its American leadership team after acquiring S10 Publishing and appointing Brandon Silverstein as chief executive. The firm named Zeke Silvera to head East Coast operations and artist development from New York. Spencer LeBoff will manage West Coast operations and publishing acquisitions from the new West Hollywood headquarters.
Megan Timko became head of operations while Jessica Roxana and Claudia Schumann oversee marketing functions. The company added Tay James and Miles Beard as senior consultants for its publishing arm. Rory Server received a promotion to chief of staff.
Avex achieved multiple chart successes since Silverstein assumed control. Grant Boutin produced hits for Tate McRae that reached top positions on various Billboard rankings. Recent signings Elkan and Elyas contributed to Drake recordings, while Shenseea earned urban radio chart placement.
The Tokyo-based parent company launched its United States division in 2022. Silverstein succeeded Naoki Osada as leader when Avex USA transformed into Avex Music Group earlier this year. The operation expanded from its original West Hollywood studio to offices across Los Angeles and New York.
