Bamboo Artists names Rehan Manickam US A&R Director in Los Angeles
Bamboo Artists named Rehan Manickam as its United States A&R director. The Los Angeles-based executive will handle talent recruitment and artist growth across markets. His appointment follows recent American staff additions, including general manager Nils Gums and publishing A&R representative Christina Chung.
Manickam previously worked at LEGION Management and Anomaly Publishing. He contributed to recordings by Grammy recipients and Billboard chart performers. His earlier work at Love Renaissance involved engineering projects for Summer Walker and other R&B acts.
Bamboo Artists operates under 17-year-old founder Leander Kirschner. The roster comprises 32 performers and 47 writers, generating over 3 billion annual streams. German charts have featured over 180 songs from the catalog.
